"I am disappointed by the lack of transparency in the sales process. I was advised that adding a family member to my policy would result in only a modest increase in my premium, which influenced my decision to switch providers. After the change was finalized, I was informed that the increase was higher than what had been represented. When I requested clarification, my concerns were dismissed and I was told it was unlikely that such information had been provided, rather than receiving a clear explanation or accountability. I also attempted to speak with a representative to resolve the discrepancy but was met with resistance. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional, and I would encourage others to ask very detailed questions and get all pricing in writing before making a decision."
